Quality control

All our works are subject to a thorough quality control in which at least one native translator and one native proof-reader take part. This control is carried out in two different stages:

-Standardisation for terminology and translation (ISO 9002, DIN 2345): creation of terminology data bases, translation, checking and files record. Every phase is thoroughly carried out in close collaboration with experts in relevant technical fields and using the latest electronic tools. The result is a high level of objectivity and coherence.
-Style is the most integral and distinctive part of our work; We are provided with a style-guide of our own, which the linguistic quality of our orders will show. Without any doubt style is the key to the high commercial scope that every document, subjected to translation, localisation and globalisation must reach.

Disposal at all times

The main aim of Adtrad.com is to establish a close and lasting collaboration with all our clients. In order to achieve this, we try to meet our clients needs, being at their disposal at all times and with no middle-men, having direct contact between client and translator or responsible person for the job. Clients will be kept informed during the process of the work. Once completed, we are committed to making any adjustment in terminology free of charge.

We guarantee total confidentiality for all documents and data provided by the client. Please refer to the relevant clause shown under "sales general conditions" on our order sheet.
