Our internal staff is comprised of various project managers who act coordinately to guarantee that the projects being carried out are constantly being monitored. Your interlocutor will be one of us, selected in accordance with your project’s language profile and sector. We are all in-house translators working into our native language (Spanish, French, English and German), or otherwise coordinators in the case that we need to turn to external collaborators (particularly if the project is large or urgent, or if other target languages are required).
Our permanent mission to provide a service of excellence means that the section of our external translators is of the utmost importance. We are governed by mutual trust and reliability, which is why we work with professionals who we know well and whose technical capabilities and professionalism are more than proven and recognized.
To this end, all external translators must have the same professional abilities as we do at the internal level, in other words they must be expert translators. This means having over 10 years experience and having translated directly and coordinated extensive projects with firms of reference, with satisfactory and demonstrable results. The expert translator is characterized also by his or her versatility, which is to say specialization in several fields, enabling him or her to work on multidisciplinary projects.
The quality in the translation processes is determined by the nexus and coordination that exist between the internal staff and the external translators. The closer this relationship is, the greater the quality and the reliability of the services offered.
